Store Withdrawals
Path · Inventory > Withdrawal
This screen is used to register and manage records of stock withdrawn from a store (retail outlet) to an external destination.
Available stock is deducted as soon as a withdrawal is registered, and on-hand stock is deducted when it is completed.
After registration, the withdrawal is marked complete once an administrator clicks
the [Confirm Withdrawal] button on the withdrawal detail screen.
💡 Key Features
✅ Five withdrawal types are supported: Disposal · Sample · Return · Transfer · Other.
✅ Available stock is deducted the moment a withdrawal is registered, which prevents double shipping.
✅ Warehouses integrated with a WMS are completed by a WMS callback,
while stores are completed manually with the [Confirm Withdrawal] button.
✅ When you register a Return-type withdrawal, the supplier information can be loaded automatically.
⚠️ Once a withdrawal has been canceled or completed, only the Note field can be edited.
📌 User Flow (Store Withdrawal)
Go to Store > Withdrawal → click the [Create Store Withdrawal] button
Select the withdrawal type and enter the items and quantities (available stock is deducted immediately)
Save, complete the physical withdrawal → the store administrator clicks [Confirm Withdrawal]
→ status becomes Completed (on-hand stock deducted)
