A screen for registering channel mappings for multiple SKUs at once. Used when onboarding a new channel or for bulk mapping work.
Enter the information in the Excel template and upload the file to register easily.

💡 Key Features

✅ Download template → fill in the form → upload → validation → save is the flow.
✅ SKUs to be mapped must already be registered in MOMS.
✅ Some values such as supplier, channel, and brand are coded. Excel Guide has the details.

💡Template format : download the template and register with it.
💡Excel Guide : check the Excel Guide button at the top right for channel, account, and channel-product-code digit rules.
💡 Only .xls / .xlsx formats are supported.

📌User Flow
1. Download the template
2. Fill in the Excel file
3. Upload the file → automatic validation → check results in the results area → click Save at the top right

🧷 Import Mappings

Step 1. Download the Template

Click the Download Template button in the center of the screen.
⚠️If you manage multiple customers, be sure to select the customer you're registering for.

Step 2. Fill in the Excel File

Enter mapping information in the downloaded form. Required fields are marked with *.

Required Column	Description
*SKU	A SKU already registered in the system
*Channel ID	Channel name — see the guide
*Channel Product Code	Product-level identifier issued by the channel
*Stock Condition	`Normal` or `Defective`
Channel Option Code	Product > option-level identifier issued by the channel
Connection	`Y`) / `N`

Step 3. Upload and Save

Drag & drop the completed file into the upload area or use the Upload Excel button
Automatic validation → check results in the results area → click Save at the top right
.xls / .xlsx formats only. CSV cannot be uploaded.

Step 3. What Each Result Means

Label	Meaning	Action
🟢 Success (`50 succeeded`)	All rows valid	Save all at once
🟡 Partial failure (`X failed / Y succeeded`)	Some rows failed	Only successful rows are saved
🔴 Failure (`X failed / 0 succeeded`)	All rows failed	Fix the Excel file and re-upload
⚫ File failure (`check the file`)	File-level problem — shown in Area A only	Check file integrity and redo

❗Common Errors

Error message	Cause	Fix
SKU does not exist in MOMS	SKU not in the system	Register the SKU first via bulk product creation, or fix the value
Channel not entered	Channel column missing	Enter the channel code
Invalid channel	Channel code typo or unregistered channel	Check the channel codes in the Excel Guide
The same mapping already exists	Same SKU + same channel + same channel code combination is already mapped	Edit the existing mapping, delete the row, or fix the value
Invalid Condition value	`Normal` / `Defective` other than these	Enter the exact value

💾 Save

Saving creates only the successful rows.
After saving, new mappings appear in the Mappings screen, and in the left SKU list the Mapping Info column progress (5/10, 10/10 etc.) is refreshed.
Channels without API integration don't need mapping — just enter the SKU code when registering orders.
