🧮 How Total Available Is Calculated

② A Available + ② B Available + ⑤ Virtual Stock − ⑥ Pending Fulfillment

100 + 20 + 10 − 5 = 125

💡 Virtual stock is added to the number even without physical items, and pending-fulfillment quantity is subtracted because those orders are already committed.

📦 Inventory by Warehouse (Example)

🏬 Warehouse A (main warehouse)

  • On-hand (total physical) : 105

  • Available (ready to use) : 100

  • In-process (packing · shipping) : 5

🏬 Warehouse B (secondary warehouse)

  • On-hand (total physical) : 20

  • Available (ready to use) : 20

  • In-process (packing · shipping) : 0
