PublicStore Channels and Mapping

Here is a summary of the integrated channels you can collect sales from and the information you need to map.
Mapping means linking the product and option codes of each sales channel
(Shopify POS, Sellmate POS, and so on) to a MOMS SKU.
Register it properly once, and MOMS will automatically recognize which SKU a sale belongs to.
💡 Code names differ from channel to channel. Use the table below to find and enter the correct code for each channel.

Notes

Where to Check

Confirmed

Sale

Orders that are paid and confirmed are collected
as completed sales.
Order/cancellation records created before MOMS began collecting orders are not registered at all.

If they need to be recorded manually, they can be created individually in MOMS.

Store > Store sales

Cancelled

Sale cancelled

Cancelled orders are collected with the Cancelled status.

Stock is not restored.

Store > Store sales

Returned

Refund & return

When a sale is refunded or returned, it is collected as Returned.

Stock restoration differs from sale to sale, and that is reflected in MOMS inventory as well.
However, if the higher-level setting "Store – Stock Restoration / N" applies,
MOMS does not restore stock even when stock restoration is set on the sale

Provided through the MXN Product Variant List app; CSV download available

MXN will install a dedicated app in your Shopify POS Admin.
That app lets you check the code information easily. Once you have the codes,
go to [MOMS > Products > Mappings] and set up the mapping.

If you have not done the mapping, you can still do it later on the issue handling screen.
[MOMS > Orders > Orders issues] lists the records with issues separately, as shown below.
There you can enter the MOMS SKU code and click Save; once it is processed successfully, the record can be found in the sales menu.
