Mappings
Path · Products > Mappings > Mappings
This screen links channel product codes to SKUs so that 1) orders are collected and 2) inventory is sent to channels automatically.
💡 Key Features
✅ Just map codes already registered on the channel to MOMS, and order collection and inventory sync become possible.
✅ That link is a "mapping", and the mapped MOMS SKU is the reference point.
✅ SKU 1 : Mapping N structure — one SKU can map to multiple channels, and one channel can have multiple codes.
✅The Export button at the top right extracts the current mapping status to Excel/CSV.
✅ Bulk mappings can be handled at once via Excel in the Import Mappings menu.
✅ Channels without API integration don't need mapping — just enter the SKU code when registering orders.

🧷 Managing Mappings
Step 1. Understanding Mapping Statuses
💡Mapping : the mapping status between MOMS and sales-channel product codes; once mapped, order collection and inventory sync are enabled
Status (EN) | Status (KR) | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
Pending | 매핑대기 | Not yet mapped to a channel code. No inventory/sales-status transmission |
On hold | 매핑보류 | A validation error occurred during mapping. (Re-check the channel product code and channel option code) |
Completed | 매핑완료 | Channel-code mapping completed. Inventory sync can be enabled only in this state |
Mapping status flow
Pending → edit → validation OK → CompletedPending → edit → validation error → On holdConnection
⚠️When inventory update is disconnected in Area 2 (Product Info),
the per-mapping connection settings are kept (history preserved), but all information updates stop.
In the UI, for user awareness, they switch to a "read-only" state with an X icon.
Step 2. Add a Mapping
Register a new mapping with the Add Mapping button at the bottom right.
Item | Input format |
|---|---|
*Channel | Select |
*Channel Product Code | Enter the channel product code |
Channel Option Code | Enter the channel option code (optional) |
Connection | Control sync per entry |
*Stock Condition |
|
After saving, the mapping automatically transitions:
Pending→ validation →CompletedorOn hold.
⚠️If a mapping goes On hold, double-check that the channel product code was entered correctly.Channels without API integration don't need mapping — just enter the SKU code when registering orders.
Step 3. Edit / Delete Mappings
Action | How | Result |
|---|---|---|
Edit | Select the checkbox → edit cells directly | Status automatically switches to |
Delete | 🗑️ Trash icon | Removes the mapping (stops inventory sync for that channel) |
⚠️ Before deleting a live mapping, be sure to read the disconnection warning above.
💾 Save
Changes in each area are saved with the
Savebutton at the top right.Sales status and connection changed in the Product Detail area are updated immediately in Product as well.
Edits and deletions in the mapping area are automatically re-validated on save.
Bulk mappings can be processed at once with the Excel template in Import Mappings.
Channels without API integration don't need mapping — just enter the SKU code when registering orders.

Frequently asked questions for this doc
[Mapping] ●A failure message has appeared. How should I handle it?
What happens if the inventory sync status is shown as "Disconnected"?
If the inventory sync status is "Disconnected,"
inventory updates for that SKU will not be sent to the sales channels.
To enable inventory sync, click the "Inventory Sync" button (airplane icon) to switch it to a connected state.
If you attempt to sync but the status changes to "Pending," please check the failure message and take the necessary action.
Why do I need to set up channel mapping?
You must map each sales channel’s product and option codes to MOMS SKUs so that MOMS can automatically recognize the correct SKU when orders are received. Without mapping, order creation will fail.
Once mapping is completed, both order collection and inventory synchronization can be used.
Please make sure to complete the mapping.
Where do I find the channel product code and channel option code?
#Finding Channel Mapping Codes
You can find a detailed guide in the link below.
I entered the wrong code. Will orders fail to come in?
If the channel product code and option code do not match, MOMS cannot recognize the SKU during order sync, which may cause order registration to fail.
Please correct the codes and try collecting the order again.
Note that if the codes do not match, inventory synchronization will also not work.
