Learn how to get an account, log in for the first time, and change your password.
What you need
📭️ Have the email address you want to use ready.
📩 The administrator sends an account verification email to your address.
Open the email and verify through the link, then set your password — after that you can log in.
🤐 Passwords must be at least 8 characters and combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
Login steps

🔠Enter your email / password
📩 A two-factor verification code is sent to your email. Enter the code on the screen.
✅Once logged in, you're in MOMS.
Password expired after 3 months or forgotten

🔑 Open the password reset page > enter your email

✅Once logged in, you're in MOMS.

“Access Denied” message appears.
This may occur when the account has been created but no role has been assigned yet.
Please request the administrator to assign the appropriate permissions.
