💡 Key Features
✅ Search for a product to see that SKU's full inventory history, event by event.
✅ Trace every cause of inventory change — receiving, fulfillment, adjustment, transfer-out — and the quantity involved.
✅ Use it to find the cause when inventory quantities look wrong.
💡 What's the difference between Inventory Ledger and Inventory History?
Inventory Ledger — period-based summary (opening/inbound/outbound/closing totals), mainly used for closing reports.
Inventory History — detailed per-SKU, per-event tracking (when/what/how much changed), mainly used to trace inventory.

⚠️ No history is shown until you search for a product. Be sure to search for a product first.
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Completed At | Date and time the event was processed |
WMS | WMS system where the event occurred |
Update Type | Event type |
Update ID | Unique event ID (PO ID, adjustment ID, etc.) |
Qty | Quantity changed by the event (positive: increase / negative: decrease) |
Resulting Stock | On-hand quantity remaining after the event (on-hand = available + in-process) |
Step 1. Update Types

Step 2. History Example
💡 Update ID lets you trace which document (PO, adjustment, etc.) caused the inventory change.
