Online order returns (online order – returned at a store) and offline sales returns (offline sale – returned at a store) are managed together in this menu.
Once you create a return from the order or sales screen, you can look it up and process it here.
💡 Key Features
✅ Online Order Returns and Offline Sales Returns can be viewed together from the tabs.
✅ Once you create a return from the order or sales screen, you can look it up and process it here.
✅ Use the [Online Order Returns] · [Offline Sales Returns] buttons on the right of the screen to filter by return type.
✅ For stores with inventory management (Y), store inventory is restored when the return is completed.

📋 Store Returns Screen
Step 1. Understanding Return Types
There are two types of store returns, and each follows a different flow.
Type | Description | View Tab |
|---|---|---|
Online Order Return | A channel (online) order for which a return has been received at a store | [Online Order Returns] |
Offline Sales Return | A sale generated directly at the store (offline) for which a return has been received at that store | [Offline Sales Returns] |
💡Online returns include a pickup stage, so they follow the existing return flow.
💡Offline returns have a simple structure: [Sale Confirmed] → [Return Completed].
Step 2. Understanding Return Statuses
Status | Description |
|---|---|
반품임시저장 (Return Draft) | Created but not yet confirmed |
반품접수 (Return Requested) | Return received. Pickup to follow |
반품회수중 (Return In Pickup) | Courier pickup or direct collection in progress |
반품취소 (Return Cancelled) | Return processing has been cancelled |
반품완료 (Return Completed) | Return fully processed. Inventory is restored only for stores with inventory management (Y) |
💡 Return Status Flow
Online: Return Draft → Return Requested → Return In Pickup → Return Completed
Offline: Return Draft → Return Completed → (if needed) Return Cancelled
For added flexibility, offline sales returns can still be cancelled after [Return Completed] → [Return Cancelled].
