A screen for registering multiple products at once. Used for new onboarding and bulk registration.
Enter product information in the Excel template and upload the file to register easily.

💡Key Features

✅ The flow is: download template → fill in the form → upload → validation → save.
✅ Only rows that pass validation are saved; failed rows can be exported to Excel separately, fixed, and re-uploaded.
✅ .xls / .xlsx formats are supported.

💡 Template basis : downloaded based on the currently selected customer.
💡 Excel Guide : the Excel Guide button at the top right shows the master lists of registrable brands, suppliers, and categories.

📌 User Flow
1. Download the template
2. Fill in the Excel file
3. Upload the file → automatic validation → check results in the results area → click Save at the top right

📥 Bulk Create

Step 1. Download the Template

Click the Download Template button in the center of the screen.
To register products for a different customer, switch the customer at the top left first, then download the template.

Step 2. Fill in the Excel File

Enter product information in the downloaded form. Required fields are marked with *.

💡 Input rules such as SKU rules, digit counts, ISO codes, and units — click Excel Guide to see the details.
⚠️ Excel may treat SKU/Barcode as numbers and strip the leading 0.
In that case, set the column to Format Cells → Text before entering values.

Step 3. Upload

Drop the completed Excel file into the upload area via drag & drop or use the Upload button
Automatic validation → check results in the Results area → click Save at the top right
Only .xls / .xlsx formats are supported.

🔍 Validation Results

Step 1. Validation Stages

Step 3. What Each Result Means

Label	Meaning	Action
🟢 Success	All rows valid (`50/50`)	`Save` to save all at once
🟡 Partial failure	Some rows failed (`5/100`)	`Save` — only successful rows are saved / failed rows can be exported to Excel
🔴 Failure	All rows failed	Fix the Excel file and re-upload
⚫ File failure	File-level problem (integrity check failed)	Check for duplicate data and missing required values

❗ Common Errors

Error message	Cause	Fix
Duplicate product code (SKU)	The same SKU exists in the system or is duplicated in the file	Use a different SKU or switch to bulk update
Required field missing	A required column is empty	Fill in the cell and re-upload
Brand not found	Brand not in the master list	Ask the system administrator to register it, then re-upload
Customer mismatch	The Client entered differs from the current selection	Switch Client and re-upload
Invalid value format	Letters in price, invalid image URL format, etc.	Check cell formats and values

💾 Save

If the validation result is Success or Partial failure, click the Save button at the top right.
Saving creates only the successful rows.
When saving completes, you are taken to the Product screen automatically, with newly registered products at the top of the list.
Right after saving, run WMS Sync — fulfillment requests are only possible after that.
