📊Dashboard
The Dashboard is where you instantly check core operational status across orders → fulfillment → inventory on a single screen.
Without opening each menu — orders, fulfillment, inventory, issues — you can see today's work and any anomalies at a glance.
✅ It consists of 7 widgets — Order/Fulfillment Flow Summary / Issue Management / Cancellations & Returns / Inbound·Outbound Volume / Inventory Status / Product Sales Ranking / Low Stock.
✅ Select a customer at the top left of the screen to view only that customer's data; if none is selected, all customers within your permissions are aggregated.
✅ The viewing scope is automatically limited by your permission level, so data for customers you don't have access to is never shown.
✅ All dates and times are displayed in the logged-in user's time zone.
📊 Dashboard Widgets
Widget 1 : Order/Fulfillment Flow Summary
💡 Summarizes the 5 key processing stages from order intake to delivery as cards.
💡 Along with counts per stage, a daily trend graph (sparkline) helps you quickly grasp increases and decreases.
💡 Date range options: Today / Last 7 days / Last 30 days (3 options)
💡 Use it to see where orders pile up or stall, and to prioritize fulfillment work.
New Orders : number of newly received orders
Confirmed : number of orders in Confirmed status
Fulfillment Draft : number of fulfillments in draft status
Fulfillment Requested : number of orders in Fulfillment Requested status
Shipped : number of orders in Shipped status
Widget 2 : Issue Management
💡 Shows the accumulated backlog of unresolved issues that are stuck in processing.
💡 Rather than a specific period, it counts unresolved and pending items across all time, so nothing untouched slips through.
💡 Issues are categorized with labels, so you can intuitively see what kinds of problems have piled up and how many.
⚠️ Visualizes the backlog that needs immediate action to prevent operational misses.
Order Issues : unresolved orders that need handling (broken down by issue type)
Unfulfilled : orders not fulfilled (even partially) 48 hours after payment
Fulfillment Issues : fulfillments stuck due to problems during processing (broken down by type)
Widget 3 : Cancellations & Returns
💡Monitors cancellation and return rates over the last 7 days to check order quality and customer-response health.
💡Daily trend graphs help you detect abnormal patterns early, such as spikes in cancellations or returns on specific days.
Total Orders : total orders in the last 7 days
Cancellations & Cancellation Rate : number of cancellations and percentage (to two decimal places)
Returns & Return Rate : number of returns and percentage (including partial returns)
Widget 4 : Low Stock
Identify products running low on stock in advance to proactively reorder and replenish.
Among products still in stock, shows the top 7 with the lowest on-hand quantity.
Level | Threshold |
|---|---|
Critical | 30 or fewer |
Warning | 31 – 100 |
Sufficient | 101 or more |
💡 Low-stock thresholds use per-customer settings; when viewing all customers without selecting one, the system default thresholds apply.
💡 Each product is shown with its current on-hand quantity and main image.
💡 In MOMS ver 2.0, AI pattern analysis will enable automatic purchase orders with user approval.
Widget 5 : Inventory Status
View the current on-hand inventory by warehouse and store.
💡 View options: All (warehouses + stores) / Warehouses only / Stores only available
💡 Active locations with no stock are also shown as 0, so you can see the inventory distribution across all locations at a glance.
On-hand Inventory : total of available inventory plus inventory being processed
Available Inventory : stock that can be sold and shipped immediately
In-process Inventory : stock currently being processed for fulfillment
Widget 6 : Product Sales Ranking TOP 7
💡 Shows the top 7 best-selling products by quantity over the last 7 days.
💡 Select a sales channel to see that channel's ranking only; if none is selected, all channels are aggregated.
💡 Hover over a product code to see the product's thumbnail and details.
💡 Read sales momentum quickly and use it for decisions like restocking and promotion planning.
Widget 4 : Volume by Location
Compare inbound/outbound volume (PCS) by warehouse and store over the last 7 days to understand workload by location.
💡 Only confirmed inbound/outbound volume is counted; quantities still in progress are excluded.
💡 View options: All (warehouses + stores) / Warehouses only / Stores available
💡 Locations with no transactions in the period are shown as inbound 0 / outbound 0, so every location is compared without omission.
Inbound : receiving · return receiving · adjustment-in
Outbound : regular fulfillment · transfer-out · adjustment-out
