ℹ️ Find Mapping Code
Learn how to find the codes to map on each sales channel.
Channel mapping links each sales channel's (Cafe24, Smart Store, SSG, etc.) product/option codes to MOMS SKUs.
Register it correctly once, and MOMS automatically recognizes which SKU an incoming channel order belongs to.
💡 Each channel names its codes differently. Use the table below to find and enter the correct codes from each channel.

Frequently asked questions for this doc
It’s difficult to extract only the option code from W Concept.
Copy the option code cell value in Excel, then remove the product code portion from the beginning.
If you want to use an Excel formula, you can use:
= MID(option_code_cell, LEN(product_code_cell) + 1, 100)
Do Naver Smart Store window-coded products require separate mapping?
Yes. Window-coded products are treated as independent products in MOMS, so you need to register them as separate mapping items.
