Update products
Path · Products > Update products
A screen for bulk-editing registered products via Excel.
Used for bulk price increases, bulk sales-status changes, product name changes, attribute changes, and more.
💡Key Features
✅ For bulk edits, first export the current data from Product, then edit that file and upload it again.
✅ No separate template download is needed.
✅ The key for Excel edits is SKU — products are identified automatically by SKU.
✅ All data in the edit file can be modified.
📌 User Flow
1. Download data via Products > Export > Bulk Edit Data button
2. Edit the Excel file
3. Upload the file → automatic validation → check results in the results area → click Save at the top right
📥 Bulk Edit
The regular Export and the edit-specific Bulk Edit Data have different formats.
Be sure to download Bulk Edit Data.
Bulk editing overwrites existing data, so it needs more care than creation.
If you leave a cell empty, it is updated with the empty value.
Step 1. Download the Data to Edit
Go to Products > Product and download the products you want to edit from the Product screen.
Download the Excel file with the Bulk Edit Data button at the top right.
Step 2. Edit the Excel File
In the downloaded file, change only the cells you want to update.
⚠️ SKU column is the key for updates. Do not modify it.
⚠️ Do not delete or modify the header (row 1).
⚠️ Never clear cells you don't intend to change — they risk being overwritten with empty values. (Emptied cells are treated as values too)

Step 3. Upload and Save

Frequently asked questions for this doc
What is the difference between the bulk edit Excel file and the standard Excel file?
The template headers are the same as the bulk creation format. However, the bulk edit export is downloaded with all existing product information already filled in, and each row is identified based on the SKU.
I only want to update a few fields using bulk edit. Will it affect other data?
If you are using the file downloaded via Product Management → Export (for bulk edit), you can simply modify only the cells you want to change and leave the others as they are.
As long as you do not leave cells blank, there will be no unintended overwriting with empty values.
I want to increase prices by 5% in bulk.
Use an Excel formula (=B2*1.05) to calculate the new price, then paste the result as values before uploading.
The system reads the final values, not the formulas.
I entered “Stop Selling” in the sales status during bulk edit, but it caused an error.
Sales Status: On sale / Sold out
Usage Status: Active / Inactive
To completely stop selling a product, set the Usage Status to Inactive rather than changing the Sales Status.
I saved changes by mistake. Can I revert them?
There is no automatic rollback feature. You can restore the previous state by re-uploading the original backup file using bulk edit.
This is why it’s important to keep a backup before making changes.
