🎯 Status Combinations by Task

"To do this, which statuses need to be on?" — organized case by case.

📦 Receive products (bring products into the warehouse) → ⑤ WMS Sync = Completed + ② Usage Status = Active
🚚 Ship products (fulfill against orders) → ⑤ WMS Sync = Completed + ② Usage Status = Active
📋 View/manage inventory (view · adjust on the Inventory screen) → ② Usage Status = Active
🛒 Collect orders from channels (bring store orders into MOMS) → ② Usage Status = Active + ④ Mapping = Completed
🔄 Auto-send inventory · sales status to channels (MOMS → store, real-time sync)
→ ② Usage Status = Active + ④ Mapping = Completed + ③ Connection = Connected

① Sales Status

Choose the product’s selling state.

On sale (판매중) — default when a product is first created
Sold out (품절) — the product is sold out
On sale ↔ Sold out can be changed in both directions.
Not a value sent to channels; can be changed manually by the user, independent of stock quantity.

② Usage Status

Will this product be used in MOMS?

Active (활성) — in normal use; visible everywhere in receiving and inventory views
Inactive (비활성) — not in use; still visible in the product list, but hidden from receiving and inventory views

⚠️ If any order · receiving · inventory · fulfillment item is still unprocessed, the product cannot be switched to Inactive.
The system checks this automatically.

③ Connection

Send inventory to channels automatically?

Connected (연동) — inventory and sales status sent automatically to mapped channels; default when a product is first created
Disconnected (연동해제) — the mapping is kept, but inventory/sales-status transmission to the channel stops

📌 The scope of disconnecting differs: disconnect on the Product page → stops transmission to all channels mapped to that SKU / disconnect on the Mappings page → stops only the individual channel.

④ Mapping

Is the MOMS product linked to the channel product?

Pending (매핑대기) — not yet linked to a channel product code; no inventory transmission
On hold (매핑보류) — an error occurred while mapping; the reason is shown on screen
Completed (매핑완료) — channel code linked; inventory sync is possible only in this state

Pending → edit → validation OK → Completed
Pending → edit → validation error → On hold

⑤ WMS Sync

Is the product registered in the logistics warehouse system?

Pending (연동대기) — not yet sent to the warehouse system (WMS); default when a product is first created
On hold (연동보류) — an error occurred while sending to the WMS
Completed (연동완료) — registered in the WMS successfully; purchase orders and receiving are possible only in this state
Disconnected (연동해제) — WMS sync has been disconnected

💡 Only after WMS sync completes can you place purchase orders with the warehouse or process receiving.
