Orders issues
Path · Orders > Orders issues
A page that gathers issues from the integration between MOMS and sales channels in one place for immediate action.
Failed integration items are collected without omission, so situations where orders can't be processed normally are caught and recovered early.
💡 Key Features
✅ Integration issues are organized into 4 type tabs.
✅ Action buttons appropriate to each issue type are enabled.
✅ After an issue is resolved, the order status transitions automatically.
✅ Query results can be exported to an Excel file.
📌User Flow
Open the Orders issues screen
Filter target issues by tab (issue type)
Run the action for the issue type (fix mapping / resend, etc.)
When resolved, the issue is removed from the list automatically → order status transitions
🔔 Orders Issues Screen
Step 1. Understanding Issue Types
Tab | Issue type | How to handle |
|---|---|---|
Mapping issue | The order's channel product code is not mapped | Click the pencil icon on the row → map the product right in a modal without leaving the screen |
Channel tracking issue | When a fulfillment tracking number is issued in MOMS, shipping info is sent to the channel automatically — these are items where that transmission failed | Resend button — the issue clears automatically on success |
Order confirmation issue | Items where syncing order-confirmation info to the channel failed | Resend button — the issue clears automatically on success |
Other | Any other issue not covered by the three above | Check the issue details and handle individually |
💡 Mapping issues can also cover address errors. Editing the customer's shipping info switches the order to Draft.
Step 2. Handling Each Issue
A. Mapping issues
Enter the MOMS SKU code and click Save → if the whole order's mapping validates, the order switches to Draft
B. Channel tracking issues
Bulk-select and click the Resend button.
On success the issue is removed from the list automatically, and the order stays Shipped.
C. Order confirmation issues
Bulk-select and click the Resend button.
On success the issue is removed from the list automatically, and the order stays Confirmed.
D. Other issues
Check the issue details and handle them individually by cause.
💾 Save
Order issues are removed from the list automatically once handled.
Once a mapping issue is resolved, check the order in the Orders menu.
Frequently asked questions for this doc
Can orders with issues be processed for shipment?
Orders that cannot be processed normally are automatically categorized under the Issue tab.
A Mapping Issue occurs when an order is not properly created because the channel’s product code is not mapped to MOMS product information, making it impossible to identify the product.
In this state, the order cannot be shipped and available stock has not yet been deducted.
Please check and map the product code to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
