This is the main screen where you view, create, edit, export, and WMS Sync products.
💡Key Features
✅ From Product, you can export all listed items or checkbox-selected items to Excel/CSV.
✅ Send checkbox-selected products to the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
— or resend updates — with the WMS Sync button.
✅ Create Product button creates a new product.

Step 1. Understanding Product Statuses
💡Sales Status : the product's selling state
Status (EN) | Status (KR) | Meaning |

On sale ↔ Sold outcan be changed in both directions.This value is not sent to channels, and can be changed manually, independent of stock quantity.

Inactiveswitch conditions
The system automatically checks for open event documents (orders/receiving/inventory/fulfillment),
and deactivation is blocked if any remain open. Once inactive, the product no longer appears in receiving/inventory views.
💡Connection : determines whether inventory sync is sent to sales channels

Two ways to disconnect
Disconnect from Products → stops transmission to all sales-channel codes mapped to the SKU
Disconnect from Mappings → stops transmission per individual channel code
💡Mapping : the mapping status between MOMS and sales-channel product codes; once mapped, order collection and inventory sync are enabled

Step 2. Create Product
Click the Create Product button at the top right to open the product creation screen.
Required fields are marked with *.

Step 3. Edit Product
In the list, click a SKU and the product details screen opens.
Editable fields are enabled.
Non-editable fields are disabled. (M.ID is assigned automatically by the system)
Step 4. WMS Sync
Click the WMS Sync button to send product information to the WMS (logistics system).
Only after this sync is complete can you use purchase orders, receiving, and inventory information.
If product information needs changes, edit it and click the WMS Sync button again to send the updates.
⚠️ Products that have never been synced, or whose WMS Sync status is On hold, Disconnected ,Pending, cannot be sent for fulfillment.
💾 Save
After saving, changes are reflected immediately in the Product list.
If the logistics system also needs the changes, go to Product >
WMS Sync (the same button re-sends updates)to synchronize product information with the warehouse.

I want to delete a product that was registered by mistake.
MOMS does not provide a delete function to ensure data integrity.
Instead, you can manage products using status settings.
Products have two types of status: “Sales Status” and “Usage Status.”
If a product was registered incorrectly and you want to completely stop selling it,
set the Usage Status to Inactive.
Once Inactivated, the product will still be visible in the product list,
but it will no longer appear in receiving or inventory status views.

Inactiveswitch conditions

The status of WMS Sync is listed as "linked hold".
This issue is usually caused by one of the following:
① Missing required information
② Duplicate codes
③ Temporary WMS system issues
Please correct the information and resend using the WMS Sync button.
I typed SKU incorrectly. Can I correct it?
SKU can be modified even after registration.
If you need to modify and save and then send a WMS (Logistics Management System) modification,
If you save it and press WMS Syncagain, it will be modified and sent.
Do I have to put Dimension (horizontal/vertical/height) when creating the product?
If no value is entered, the system will automatically send 1×1×1 to the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
You can update the dimensions later once the actual measurements are available, but the updated values will not be re-sent to the WMS.
In warehouse operations, the actual size is measured during packing and used for fulfillment, so there is no need to worry.
I can't change the usage status to inactive.
If there are any incomplete events (orders, receiving, inventory, or shipment) for the product, deactivation will be blocked.
Please close all related event documents first and try again.
