This screen is used to register and manage records of stock withdrawn from the warehouse to an external destination.
Available stock is deducted as soon as a withdrawal is registered, and on-hand stock is deducted when it is completed.
After registration, the withdrawal is marked complete once it is confirmed in the connected WMS.

💡 Key Features

✅ Five withdrawal types are supported: Disposal · Sample · Return · Transfer · Other.
✅ Available stock is deducted the moment a withdrawal is registered, which prevents double shipping.
✅ Warehouses integrated with a WMS are completed by a WMS callback,
while stores are completed manually with the [Confirm Withdrawal] button.
✅ When you register a Return-type withdrawal, the supplier information can be loaded automatically.
⚠️ Once a withdrawal has been canceled or completed, only the Note field can be edited.

📌 User Flow (Warehouse Withdrawal)

Open the withdrawal registration screen with the [Create Withdrawal] button
Select the withdrawal type (Disposal / Sample / Return / Other) and specify the warehouse
Enter the SKU and quantity to withdraw (available stock is deducted immediately)
Enter the recipient and delivery information, then click [Save]
The WMS operator completes the physical withdrawal → status becomes Completed (on-hand stock deducted)

📋 Withdrawal List

Step 1. Understanding Withdrawal Statuses

Status	Description	Inventory Impact
Pending	Registration complete, withdrawal in progress	Available stock is deducted immediately on creation
Completed	Withdrawal completed in the WMS	On-hand stock deducted (final status)
Canceled	Cancellation complete	Available stock restored (final status)

💡 Inventory Deduction Summary
On registration (Pending) → available stock deducted immediately
On completion (Completed) → on-hand stock deducted
On cancellation (Canceled) → available stock restored

Step 2. List Columns

Column	Description
Withdrawal ID	Number automatically assigned by MOMS. Click it to open the detail screen
Withdrawal Name	Name of the withdrawal
Withdrawal Status	Pending / Completed / Canceled badge
WMS	Name of the connected WMS
WMS Sync	WMS synchronization status. If the transfer failed, please contact your system administrator.
Withdrawal Type	Disposal / Sample / Return / Transfer / Other

✏️ Creating & Editing a Withdrawal

Step 1. Withdrawal Basics

Field	Required	Description
Withdrawal ID	—	Assigned automatically on save
Withdrawal Name	✅	Free text
WMS	✅	Select the location (warehouse) and the WMS
Withdrawal Type	✅	Disposal / Sample / Return / Other
Withdrawal Reason Detail	—	Enter the reason for the withdrawal

Step 2. Recipient Information

💡 When the Return type is selected, the [Load Supplier Information] button fills in the supplier's address automatically.

Step 3. Entering Withdrawal Items

Field	Description
SKU Search	Search by SKU name or code; multiple SKUs can be added
Quantity	The current available stock is shown as you enter a quantity. Entering more than the available stock is blocked
Subtotal / Total	Calculated automatically as quantities are entered

⚠️ If the quantity entered exceeds the current available stock, saving is blocked. Check the available stock and adjust the quantity.

Step 4. Delivery Information

Field	Description
Delivery Type	Direct Delivery / Carrier / Vehicle Dispatch
Delivery Details	Tracking number, carrier name, and so on. Once it is confirmed in the WMS, you can see the details entered by the warehouse operator

Step 5. Withdrawal Images

If the warehouse operator uploads images after completing the work in the WMS, you can view them here.

Step 6. Buttons by Status
