Step 1. Understanding Fulfillment Statuses
Status (KR) | Status (EN) | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
임시저장 | Fulfillment Draft | Saved as draft from the Fulfillment screen |
출고지시 | Fulfillment Requested | Requested from the Fulfillment screen / visible to WMS warehouse staff |
출고지시 취소 | Fulfillment Cancelled | The fulfillment data was canceled / not visible to WMS warehouse staff |
배송중 | Shipped | Confirmed and handed to the carrier; delivery in progress (cannot cancel, cannot change customer info) / returns can be filed |
배송완료 | Delivered | Delivered / returns can be filed |
출고이슈 | Fulfillment issue | WMS fulfillment work failed (address error, no physical stock, etc.) — fix the data and retry |
💡 Status flow
Fulfillment→(Fulfillment) Draft→Fulfillment Requested→ WMS work completed and confirmed →Shipped→DeliveredFulfillment→Fulfillment Requested→ WMS work completed and confirmed →Shipped→Delivered(when sent to the WMS immediately from Fulfillment)Fulfillment Requested→Fulfillment Cancelled(when the request is canceled)Shipped→Delivered(no automatic delivery-completion yet; can be set manually)Fulfillment Requested→Fulfillment Cancelled(when the request is canceled)Fulfillment Requested→Fulfillment Issues(when normal processing fails, e.g. WMS integration errors — retry needed)
Step 2. Checking Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are shown in the Shipped and Delivered tabs.
⚠️ Tracking numbers sync automatically from the WMS when fulfillment completes, and at that point the fulfillment cannot be canceled and customer info (address, name, phone, etc.) cannot be changed.
🚨 Fulfillment Issues
Step 1. Address Issues
The warehouse stopped fulfillment because of a problem with the shipping address.
Open the customer address tab and fix the info right there (address, address detail, city, country). It is re-sent to the WMS the moment you save.
When done, click
[Issue Resolved]and the status moves back toFulfillment Requested.
⚠️ With an address issue, warehouse staff cannot print the shipping label and cannot confirm fulfillment.
Once fixed, they reprint the label and retry the fulfillment.
Step 2. Product Issues
The system stopped fulfillment because product info needed for shipping is missing or wrong (e.g. international shipments missing an HS CODE),
and processing was halted.Open the product detail tab and fix the info right there. After saving, click the "WMS sync" button to re-send to the WMS.
When done, click
[Issue Resolved]to return the status toFulfillment Requested.
Step 3. No Physical Stock
Check the staff message : read the warehouse staff's no-stock message (shown with the failure message)
Decide : choose between inventory adjustment / restocking / canceling the request.
Proceed : handle according to the decision.
Step 4. Other
All issues not covered by the three types above appear here. Read the issue message, find the cause, and handle it the same way.
💾 Save
Fulfillment Status is a view-centric screen with no separate save action.
Status actions (cancel, resend, etc.) run from each tab's buttons and take effect immediately.
For processing history, see the status definitions and the status-transition rules on the FAQ page.
