There's a fulfillment order in the Fulfillment Issue tab. How do I handle it?
Fulfillment Issue occurs when the WMS sync fails or the fulfillment request doesn't complete normally. Check the cause in the tab and retry or manually process the order.
Can I cancel after issuing a fulfillment request?
You can cancel an order while it is in the “Shipment Requested” status. Once canceled, the status will change to “Shipment Request Canceled.” You can then modify the shipment details and request shipment again.
However, the package may have already been handed over to the courier (especially for international shipments), so please confirm with the warehouse operator before canceling.
Once the status changes to “In Transit” or “Delivered,” shipment cancellation and customer information changes are no longer possible.
Once I issue a fulfillment request, can warehouse staff see it in WMS immediately?
Yes. Once the order is switched to the “Shipment Requested” status, the WMS operator can view the order and begin processing it.
However, orders in “Draft ” status are not visible in the WMS.
